From March 1, Shenzhen Art Museum, Shenzhen Fine Art Institute, Shenzhen Museum, Guan Shanyue Art Museum, Shenzhen Citizens’ Art Gallery, Shenzhen Library and Shenzhen Children’s Library are open free to the public.

According to Yin Changlong, vice director general of the Shenzhen Municipal Culture Bureau, more public cultural places will be open free in the future.
