To celebrate “Bird-lovers’ Week” which ends today, two bird-themed photo exhibitions are being held in Shenzhen.
The first exhibition at Shenzhen Museum features 210 photos taken by Shenzhen photographers aged over 60. The second, at Shenzhen Children’s Palace, features more than 200 photos of wild birds.
Local bird-lovers can also take a close look at wild birds at the Mangrove Seashore Ecological Park where telescopes are provided.
According to Shenzhen Bird-lovers’ Association, Shenzhen has about 400 breeds, including 50 protected species.
