A．今天是阴天，我不知道今天是不是会下雨。

Jīntiān shì yīntiān，wǒ bùzhīdào jīntiān shìbushì huì xiàyǔ。

It's cloudy today. I don't know whether it will rain or not.

B． 云层不厚，看样子，不会下雨。

Yúncéng bù hòu，kānyàngzi，búhuì xiàyǔ。

The cloud is not thick. It doesn't seem to rain.
