A girl high-fi ves with a foreign teacher, Mark Wolf, at an English party held at the citizens’ square in Yantian District yesterday. The party was held to show how much the children of migrant workers had improved in learning English since activities including “Children of migrant workers learn English free of charge” and “Paying one yuan to learn English” were organized in the district.
